Push Up Burpees - 3 sets of 20 reps

Start standing. Complete a high jump. Immediately move to a push-up position. Complete 1 push-up. Back to your feet and explode into the air. That's one rep.

Air Squats - 5 sets of 30 seconds

Squat until your hands touch the floor. Then explode up with maximum effort. Repeat

Butterfly Sit-ups - 50 reps

Lay down on a comfortable mat. Place the bottoms of your feet together. Completely sit up and touch your toes. Lay down and repeat.


Expedient workouts

This is a beginner level workout that is designed to burn fat and build lean muscle mass through a series of short, intense intervals.

Step One

Set a timer for five minutes. Find a comfortable chair or place on the floor. If in a chair, sit near the edge of the seat with your feet firmly planted on the floor. Make sure your back is straight. If on the floor, sit comfortably with your back straight. You can also lay down flat on your back. No sleeping.

Step Two

Close your eyes. Breathe. Keep your attention on the tip of your nose and your breath. When you feel yourself losing attention, simply return your attention to the tip of your nose and your breath.

Step Three

When your timer sounds, slowly open your eyes. No matter what problems await you in your life, mean it and say to yourself: "Thank You, I have no complaints".

This short meditation practice is designed for your mental health. It can be completed at anytime, regardless of experience. Do this anytime you need a short break. Take some time for Joy. It's so good for you.

Tip # 1

Be like the Wealthy, purchase items that can create income. i.e. Stocks, bonds, real estate, businesses, anything that can generate capital for you without you punching a clock.

Tip # 2

Use this month to purchase a few shares of stock or even better, invest in a total stock market index fund which allows you to purchase the stock of several companies for a single price.

Tip # 3

Set aside money every week/month for your investments. Putting your money to work is mandatory- Pay Yourself First by automatically transferring funds to your stock portfolio each month. Make it so automatic that you forget you're even doing it. You can easily set this up with brokerages like Vanguard.
